The Collaborative works together with cross-sector partners to build initiatives that will deliver on our goal of equal access to quality SBYD programs for all youth. These partners include:

• Philadelphia Parks and Recreation
• The Department of Public Health
• Our member organizations
• The out-of-school-time community at-large
