Members of the Collaborative Work with the Office of Children and Families to Offer Summer Programming for Philadelphia Youth

As an intermediary organization supporting nearly 60 sports-based youth development nonprofits throughout the city, The Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative is proud to support our member organizations who will be providing 5-weeks of summer programming in conjunction with the efforts of the School District of Philadelphia and the Office of Children and Families. Additionally, the following member organizations will also be partnered with this effort directly through their relationship with the Office of Children and Families:
These participating organizations will provide their sports and enrichment programs 5 days per week to one or more cohorts throughout the month of July. We are confident that this effort will further demonstrate the tremendous impact that our sports-based youth development providers have on Philadelphia’s youth. By delivering activities and programming through trained coaches and mentors, all organizations subscribe to developing children on and off the field by strengthening social and emotional learning and building skills and confidence. These activities are and should continue to be, a critical part of the educational landscape in our city.
